Busted in Shanghai!

 

 

I saw this guy while wandering between meals in Shanghai Having your head crouched down looking at your phone can cause serious long term issues. This position compresses internal organs and can make it hard to breathe. The spine is so mechanically compromised in this position. Try sitting up straight, holding your 200g phone up at eye level and elbows bent .

 

Its not that hard to do. Please, Don’t let your kids do this! Teach them good habits and show them there are alternatives!
