Busted in Shanghai!
I saw this guy while wandering between meals in Shanghai.
Having your head slouched down looking at your phone can cause serious long term issues.
This position compresses internal organs and can make it hard to breathe.
The spine is very robust but it is so mechanically compromised in this position.
Try sitting up straight, holding your 200g phone up at eye level and elbows bent in a little.
Its not that hard to do.
Please, Don’t let your kids do this!
Teach them good habits and show them that there are alternatives!
